Parking: Paid parking is available in a lot and on the street next to Lost Reef Adventures Shop located at 261 Margaret St, Key West, FL 33040. There is also a parking garage one block away.
Departure Details: Checkin starts at 261 Margaret St, Key West, FL 33040. Please arrive at the Lost Reef Adventure dive shop 1 hour prior to your scheduled activity time to check-in. Guests can drive themselves after checking in with a free parking pass from Lost Reef and directions or they can take the Lost Reef charter 15 passenger van down to the departure point of Perry Hotel. Any issues, please reach out to your provider at 305-296-9737. 
Gratuities: Although not required, it is customary to tip.

It was an interesting trip, crew was awesome!

Pretty cool

Stormy was very friendly, and we enjoyed her talking with us. At the second spot, we saw five dolphins; it was awesome!

My family and I really enjoyed the trip. The crew went the extra mile to help my 12-year-old daughter get over her fear of snorkeling. By the end of the trip she was asking me how to get scuba certified because she loved snorkeling so much.

Crew was fantastic

After the recent storm, there was extremely limited visibility on all the reefs, and the 6 foot swellls should have indicated to Lost Reef excursions that snorkeling is IMPOSSIBLE in such conditions and even dangerous. The 7 mph current made you exhausted, and 4 of our 20 people were seasick from the tumultuous waves. They should have cancelled snorkeling for the day, but instead took our money and just went through the motions, offered NO advice or solace, and even thought it was funny we had a bad time. My worst experience in the last 10 years. You should know about such a bad business who is your vendor.

Worst experuence

It's hard to have a poor experience snorkeling in the Florida Keys, so many reefs, marine life , it is spectacular. The Family and I go a lot and enjoy it.
Lost Reef Adventures is a Scuba Dive trip, they don't cater to the snorkelers, there an after thought. Your a second class citizen and your made to feel like it. Dive folks board the boat  first, about 35 of the total 43 passengers. Snorkelers wait until all their Scuba gear is set, we then board and are stuck in the blazing sun because all the canopy seats are taken up with Scuba folks and their gear. We waited around 2h 30 mins and finally left around 3pm for a 1:30pm trip that we were asked to get an hour early there for (12:30pm) sitting at the marina in the blazing heat with no cover. They never even had us do waivers, to busy making sure scuba folks had what they needed. I recommend skipping this company  if you are snorkeling only.

Reef Snorkel Dive

Went snorkeling and absolutely loved it. Everyone was friendly and super helpful.  We even saw a shark! Will absolutely do this again when I'm in the area.

100% Would do again

This is the 3rd largest living barrier reef in the world. It's amazing! These are trivial critiques but the only thing that would've made the experience a little better would be to offer some photos of us underwater for a fee (as other places do) and to maybe play some music during the drive there and back.

Great crew!

So worth the money! Paige and Ellen are super helpful and kind and play good music. Good drinks, environment, and staff. Captain Owen stopped so we can look at the dolphins and admire the ocean, also a very smooth ride. Would definitely do it again

Keys adventure

Very sweet crew Paula and Zach were awesome. We didn’t get very much information about the island and dolphins/fish we were seeing but we did have a great time! They were wonderful!

We saw many beautiful, colorful fish at a coral reef near Key West. The boat captain and crew were friendly, professional, and safety-focused. My original trip was rained out, but they rebooked me for the next day, no problem. This is a large group experience — probably 100 guests on my trip — but it’s a large boat, everyone was very nice, and I now have a lovely memory of reef snorkeling.

Great crew! Great time! Really outstanding!

Best time ever

Was a truly great experience. We had roughly 70-90 people on our party boat. The crew was amazing at making sure not only everyone was having a great time but safe as well. We were in two rainstorms they did a great job of getting us out and back in the water and continuing our tour with exceeding expectations. Highly recommend anyone, couple, or family to attend this great experience. Also parasailing was amazing and the photos they capture are 100% worth purchasing. Even a six year old little man wanted to go again the moment his feet touched the boat. Thank you all for the amazing time.

 Our boat, which will often carry over a 100 people, had about 20 making this a phenomenal experience.

Experience of a lifetime!

We didn't realize the waves would be so big in the winter! Also we had two group members scrap legs and toes on the coral and they dripped blood on the deck. Would have been helpful to have first aid supplies out just in case!

It was my daughter’s and my first time snorkeling. The crew was great as far as explaining if I wanted to stay in the water where to go and were very patient until I became comfortable to leave the boat to snorkel. The crew consisted of Libby, Alexa and Ryan. Zach was very friendly at the desk too. Looking back I wish we sailed a little, next time!

Great time on the Island T'ing excursion which is a 6 hour trip with snorkeling and kayaking. The boat we went on was very comfortable not overly full, with room to move about. The crew was wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable. The snorkeling was fine but not much to see. The kayaking around the mangrove on the other hand was awesome! We saw 4 nurse sharks, 3 horseshoe crabs and a tone of birds. The food was good, much better than I expected on this kind of thing. All in all a great excursion well worth the money.
